Product Authenticity & Artisan Craft Notice

  • Handmade Variance: Every piece of vitreous enamel jewelry at JR-workshop is meticulously handcrafted using traditional kiln-firing processes at 750–850°C. Due to the inherent nature of mineral gemstones, firing temperatures, and artisan craftsmanship, subtle variations in enamel coloration, micro-bubbles, and fine textures may occur.
  • Acceptance of Characteristics: These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects but are valued characteristics of unique, slow-art craftsmanship. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these unique hand-made qualities.
  • Display Tolerances: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

Pricing, Taxes & International Duties

  • Currency: All transactions, checkouts, and invoices are processed and settled strictly in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Exclusion of Import Fees: Product prices and shipping fees displayed on the website do not include local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), GST, or customs clearance fees imposed by your destination country.
  • Buyer’s Responsibility: In accordance with international trade practices, the recipient (buyer) acts as the importer of record and is legally responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is rejected or abandoned by the buyer due to a refusal to pay local customs taxes or failure to cooperate with customs clearance, all double-way shipping costs, return handling fees, and structural losses will be deducted from the buyer’s original order refund.

Shipping, Handling & Returns

Our shipping rates, full handling times (3–12 business days for custom/made-to-order preparation), and our 30-day return window are governed explicitly by our dedicated Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Both individual policies are fully incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as jewelry designs, unique product concepts, photography, descriptions, text, logos, graphics, and digital software, is the exclusive intellectual property of JR-workshop and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized duplication, modification, or redistribution of our designs or media is strictly prohibited.

Account Security & Lawful Use

If you register an account or provide information at checkout, you agree to provide true, current, and accurate personal details. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and activity. You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious activities that interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Limitation of Liability & Warranties
