Every Piece, A Gentle Promise At JR-workshop, every single creation undergoes a long, dedicated journey of manual carving and firing. We wholeheartedly hope these pieces bring a sense of quiet beauty and joy to your life. Should any detail fall short of your expectations, we are here to support you with care and transparency throughout the return process.
Since most of our jewelry is made to order and involves intricate, time-consuming hand-painting and kiln-firing processes, we strongly encourage thoughtful shopping to help reduce the carbon footprint of global transportation.
The following categories are strictly excluded from our standard return policy:
If your order arrives damaged during transit, has a craftsmanship defect, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will promptly arrange to remake and ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).
Please remember that our checkout prices do not include destination customs duties or VAT. If a package is held, abandoned, or returned to our studio because a buyer refuses to pay local import taxes or fails to cooperate with customs clearance, all costs for two-way international shipping and any structural product damage will be deducted directly from the original order refund. We know cross-border logistics can be complex, and we kindly ask that you keep an eye out for tax notifications from your local post office or courier to ensure your treasure arrives safely.
Every piece of our jewelry is painted and forged entirely by hand. Before requesting a return, we invite you to appreciate the inherent nature of studio craftsmanship: slight shifts in color tones caused by high-temperature firing, minuscule enamel bubbles, or faint kiln marks are not defects. They are the natural “fingerprints” of the vitreous enamel process and the very soul of handmade artistry.
