At JR-workshop, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted in small batches through high-temperature vitreous enamel techniques. Because of this, every order is made with care and requires a dedicated production period before shipment.

Production Time (Handling Time)
  • All pieces are made to order.
  • Production/Handling time: 3–12 business days.
  • This timeline ensures sufficient time for meticulous hand-finishing, enamel kiln-firing, polishing, and strict quality inspection.
Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide, including our primary delivery corridors:

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and major European countries.
  • If your country does not appear at checkout, shipping options and logistical availability will be automatically evaluated based on carrier coverage.
Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once dispatched from our studio, the estimated standard international transit times are as follows:

  • International delivery time: Typically 3–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing speeds.
  • Official tracking information will be automatically provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak holiday seasons or due to unexpected customs clearance delays.
Shipping Fees

We keep our shipping simple, transparent, and free of hidden fees:

  • Orders over $49 USD: Free Standard International Shipping.
  • Orders under $49 USD: Flat rate of $7 USD.
  • Expedited shipping: Optional courier upgrades (e.g., DHL/FedEx) are available by contacting us prior to checkout (calculated based on exact destination).
Customs, VAT & Import Duties (Important Notice)

International orders crossing sovereign borders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or customs duties levied by your destination country’s government.

  • European Union (EU) Orders: Due to updated EU customs regulations, low-value e-commerce shipments entering the EU are subject to local VAT and a fixed temporary customs handling fee per item category (typically around €3). Please note that JR-workshop does not collect or collect-in-advance these fees at checkout; they must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
  • United Kingdom / United States / Other Regions: Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are strictly determined by local authorities and remain the sole legal responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these sovereign charges and cannot predict exact amounts.
Delivery & Return Responsibility
  • Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, responsibility for logistical transit transfers to the carrier and local customs authorities.
  • Refusal of Delivery & Tax Evasion: If a package is abandoned, rejected, or returned to our workshop due to the buyer’s refusal to pay local import taxes / VAT, or failure to cooperate with customs clearance, the buyer shall bear the full financial consequences. All resulting double-way international shipping fees, return handling charges, and structural product losses will be deducted directly from the buyer’s original order refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or tracking updates pause for an extended period, please contact us. We will actively coordinate with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
