At JR-workshop, each enamel piece is handmade—fired in flame, grounded in glass, and crafted with care. Handmade enamel jewelry uses the technique of vitreous enameling, where fine glass powder is applied to a metal base (often 925 sterling silver) and fired at 750°C to 850°C. The result is a smooth, colorful, and glass-like finish. Each piece is unique and made to last.

How should I care for handcrafted enamel jewelry?

Avoid contact with perfumes, cleaners, and other chemicals. Gently wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth and rinse with clean water regularly. When not in use, store the jewelry in a sealed bag to prevent oxidation. Avoid dropping or hitting against hard surfaces, and keep away from extreme heat.

Order Delivery and Shipping Times?

Since our products are all handmade and made-to-order, the crafting and processing time for orders ranges from 3 – 12 working days. After shipping, international delivery typically takes 3 – 15 working days, although actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing. We will provide tracking information for your convenience once the order is dispatched.

What is your shipping and free shipping policy?

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed fee of $7 applies to orders under $49.

Why is there no sales tax on my order?

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. At this time, our total sales have not reached the tax threshold in your region. Please note that some countries or regions have a “low-value exemption” policy for small international parcels. If your order exceeds the local exemption limit, import duties or taxes may be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking your local tax regulations before completing your purchase.

What if I am not satisfied with my jewelry purchase?

Since each item is carefully customized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. However, if the product is damaged during shipping or has quality issues upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days with relevant photos.
